Bled the brakes, changed one caliber, have a hard pedal when the CE is not on/running. When running the pedal goes to the floor. Anyone have that same problem, what causes it, what to do.

This is a typical sign of a master cylinder issue -OR- air in the lines.

If you let out enough fluid it might be possible that an air bubble was introduced int the system. Recommend thoroughly bleeding the system.

Thanks, I finally did that. Used about a gal of break fluid. Flushed all the lines got out all the old stuff. Couple of things I learned was used a vaccum pump, worked really well. Took a rubber mallet and tapped on the calipers to get the air up to the bleeding screws. Breaks have been good since. No problems.
