I can't email you either.I want to know more about the ecm stuff.Where to buy one and if you know,how do ther plug in and where do you mount them and do you remove the ecm or does it work through it?My email is zgator@comcast.net and my name is Michael.Please let me know ASAP.Thanks :D

Sorry it took so long to reply, been working to many nights with all the storms around...

First off you will have to find another ECM from a mid 80's car to upgrade it, then go to the http://www.speedtronics.net/ website for all the info about getting it upgraded.

I would suggest first going to the crossfire forum and start reading about how it works and how to get it to work in your vette, there are a bunch of guys there that have already installed the prominator and are good at tuning with the laptop.

I haven't done this, yet! it was one of the projects I was going to try to do this year, but I have been so busy with work, and broke paying college bills that I don't know if I will ever get to it.

Hope this helps a little, you can post your questions here, but you will probably get allot better response on the CFI forums....
